This runs the actual rules engine from the game — the same code that scores every hand played on this site. It is not a table someone transcribed, so it cannot be out of date with the game, and it will tell you when a finished hand is worth nothing at all.

All chows — a complete hand worth very little, which is the lesson most beginners meet the hard way.
All triplets (對對糊) — the same amount of work, several times the value.
All three dragons (大三元) — and notice it does not score as three separate dragon pungs. The big pattern deletes the small ones.

Why "does it win?" has three answers

Because the minimum is a table setting, not a rule of the game. The same finished hand wins at one table and is refused at another, which is why the result above answers for all three rather than picking one.
