Deleting your 像素碰 account
You can delete your account yourself, from inside the game, in about ten seconds. You do not need to ask us and you do not need to wait.
Do it yourself, in the game
- Open the game and sign in, if you are not already.
- Open the account panel — the Account button on the balance strip.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm with your password. If you signed in with Google, type your own username instead — a Google account has no password here to re-type.
That happens immediately. There is no waiting period and no confirmation email — this game sends no mail of any kind, to the address on your account or to any other.
What gets deleted
- Your username, and your password hash
- The email address on your account — which also releases it, so it can be registered again
- Any linked Google identity, including the email address shown on your account screen
- Every signed-in session
- Both chip balances, and their full movement history
- The record of the hands banked to your account
- Your rating, your rank, and every change to either
- Your friends list and any pending invites
- Any reports you filed about other players
One thing is kept, and it is fair to say so plainly.
Matches you finished with other people keep their result rows — but your account is detached from them, so nothing in them points back at you afterwards. Those results are three other players' history as much as they are yours, and deleting them outright would quietly rewrite someone else's record.
Things your browser saved for itself — your local chip balance, saved hands, unlocked tile sets and language — are not ours and are not touched. Clearing your browser's site data removes those.
If you cannot get into the game
If you have lost access to your account and cannot sign in to delete it yourself, write to support@pixelpung.com from an address we can connect to the account, or tell us the username, and we will delete it for you.
Note that the email address on an account is one somebody typed, and we have never sent anything to it to check that it is theirs. So writing from that address is not on its own proof that the account is yours, and we may have to ask what else you can tell us about it.
